WordPattern April fool
My dashboard has a note from Matt Mullenweg saying WordPress and Textpattern are merging to become WordPattern because “Two great tastes that taste great together”. But my crystal ball said: “Smells like April fool to me”!
The wordpattern “site” appropriately shows merged logos in text and a graphic of a loincloth-clad man (those textpattern peeps are apparently some racy individuals) kneeling beside the wordpress logo and chipping away… But the description of both platforms as “two failed projects” and the empty file offered as “0.0.0.1 WordPattern” download further raised the suspicion level alert to orange.
