The verdict is in via Forbes and Queens University: and mmhmm, sex is highly necessary!  Improved olfactory abilities, reduced risk of heart disease, Weight loss, and reduced depression are some of the sexual benefits touted in the study.
-So what about those poor “withholders”? ;)
