I guess when it is revealed that your company’s paying you almost $200M, anyone on a 9 to 5 gig could be pissed that someone is looting that for his uh “management” of people in a not-for-profit institution. Sheeit, I’d wanna bitch-slap somebody. However, call it outrageous, but it’s not like he single-handedly awarded himself the pay. He was surrounded by a board that devised and agreed to his pay. Therefore, it is important to clean up properly; the whole board and compensation committee should go too.
