Latest accessory: Orgasm Diet (Kegel, Fish oil, chocolate no coffee)

If you are one of the 25% or so women who hardly or never experience the “big O”, then Marrena Lindberg has some news for you. The Orgasm Diet. She has apparently gone from being a rarely-had-’em to summoning them at will.
Word.
How?
+ Lots of high-grade fish oil,
+ half pound ounce of dark chocolate daily,
+ avoiding stimulants such as caffeine and nicotine,
+ cutting carbohydrates and increasing proteins,
+ doing Kegel exercises with a resistance device.
Well ‘pon mah word. A ha’ pound ounce ‘o’ dark chocolate daily certainly doesn’t offend, but wouldn’t the oil result in high-grade fishy smelling pudenda? Therefore resulting in a drastic drop of return visitors to the “site”? Just a thought (Telegraph).

How can one avoid “stimulants such as caffeine” while eating a half-pound of caffeine-rich chocolate every day?

Very easily; caffeine apparently does not occur naturally in chocolate although popular opinion suggests the opposite. Theobromine is the active ingredient in Chocolate and it occurs only in Cacao. It has somewhat similar structure to caffeine but both are very different chemicals with different properties, effects and origins. See sites like All about chocolate for more.

Oy, learn to transcribe! Half an ounce, not half a pound of chocolate a day. Good God, the caffeine alone.
High quality fish oil doesn’t have that effect.

Thanks for stopping by Marrena! Right, an ounce it is. Can’t blame a lass fer being generous on the chocolate. Especially since on the contrary, chocolate does not contain any caffeine! Also good to hear that the fish oil doesn’t have that effect.
