The launch of Nigeria’s first satellite from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome in Russia has been delayed for 24 hours.
I must say my 1st reaction was satellite ke? When people are starving? But I suppose the need of spatial monitoring for climactic+agricultural purposes make sense. Assuming the program gets implemented to the letter…
