Reminder; China + Human Rights = Big Oxymoron
Several days ago the Chinese communist regime arrested all the people that could help attorney Gao Zhisheng; his staff and many supporters were arrested. On Feb 18, journalists still found many plainclothes police in attorney Gao’s office, inside the yard, downstairs, near the elevator, even hiding in the basement.
On the same day, two Beijing local residents came to volunteer their help to Gao for the relay hunger strike. They also were arrested on the spot by the plainclothes police, thrown into a police jeep, and taken away for interrogation.
Mr. Gao’s telephone is also being monitored; callers get a recorded warning message: “You don’t have the right to call this number.” If by some chance a call does get through to attorney Gao, the phone will go dead after one or two minutes. (Epoch Times)
