CarLoft

German firm Paul-Linke-Höfe presents an interesting way of combining space. If you’ve ever felt that your car should sleep inside, not in the garage, then CarLoft has just the loft apartment for you. When you arrive, you simply drive inside the elevator (CarLift) which then delivers you to your unit. Some of the attractive advantages listed include unloading shopping and luggage or moving in and out. Loft prices start at EUR 450,600/USD 540,000 and are currently rolling out in German cities only (Frankfurt, Köln, Düsseldorf, Wien, München, Hamburg, Berlin).
