Buben & Zorweg clock

Harmon Kardon Apple speaker or sub-woofer gone mutant? Nope, it’s Pythagoras, the “only world time mechanical clock with tourbillon movement” from Buben & Zorweg. Made from macassar wood, metal, and crystal. Reportedly only 50 made, and it smells like a member of the ‘if you have to ask how much, then you can’t afford it’ range. Now I’m sure Buben & Zorweg had loftier/more sedate goals while making this clock, but ever since I saw it, all I can think is, if my next speakers have to be visible, then I want them to look like this. Maybe the folks at B & Z, and Harmon Kardon should collaborate on it. Good looks, hot sounds, multi-functionality, perfect marriage of smooth old-timer plus young hottie-modern. What wouldn’t there be to like? Eitherway, somebody needs to get on that thought train.
