Hell no! Why should she give it back?? He GAVE it to her, didn’t he?? I think its hers to do as she pleases with; whether that is to throw it back @ him, throw it in the loo/sea, or whatever.  Granted, in a bad break up, most of us usually want that the guy and all physical signs of him (eg gifts) gone but I reserve the right to dispose of them as I please because its now my property.  Likewise, I never ask a guy for gifts I gave him back; whatever for?? I only think a chick has to give a ring back if the guy’s the aggrieved party in the breakup, e.g. say she cheated on him and he demands the ring back.
