Analysts said Mr Putin's main target had almost certainly been Mr Kasyanov, but under the constitution he was unable to remove him without firing the entire cabinet.  And so he did; dismissing his government without prior notice via a television broadcast.  That's why you shouldn't mess wid da Vladster baby; because he does whatever it takes to get things done.
